One Vision Talking Therapy

Supporting people aged 16+ with emotional & psychological difficulties

One Vision Talking Therapy

Welcome to a low cost, privately run counselling service that supports people aged 16+ with emotional & psychological difficulties.

One Vision Counselling Service was founded in 2016 by a team of counsellors with a mission to provide professional, ethical and safe counselling at a lower cost in order to make counselling more affordable and accessible.  The service went under new management in August 2023 under our new name of One Vision Talking Therapy.

We value confidentiality and ensure that the trust clients place in us is ethically maintained, and will facilitate a safe and trusting environment to work through your concerns.

Our counsellors are experienced in working within a variety of settings including voluntary placements, established private practices, the prison service, Bereavement services and GP surgeries.

Mission statement

We are an innovative counselling service that offers regular and flexible therapy sessions to clients.

We ensure our clients have choice in finding the right therapy for them, in a safe and appropriate therapeutic environment that is also affordable.

It is important to develop a good therapeutic relationship with our clients to enable them to work through the issues they bring to counselling. The service provides a safe and supportive environment where clients are able to work through their issues and make positive changes in their lives. The counsellors are experienced integrative therapists with different specialisms.

All of our counsellors work ethically, are genuine, non-judgemental and empathic in their practice with clients.

Equality, diversity and difference

One Vision Talking Therapy is committed to ensuring equal access to our service for all clients. We respect diversity and difference in our clients and our therapists and we aim to provide an inclusive service at all times. We have one vision in One Vision Talking Therapy, and this is to embrace and welcome all aspects of difference and diversity, to be open to discussing these issues, and to establish and promote inclusivity.
